WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Think of this as Assisted Living — for the Caregiver.
We assess where you are, build around your real life, and provide the kind of structured support you give everyone else — except now it's yours.

This is not a gym. This is not a wellness app. This is not a program that hands you a meal plan and wishes you luck. This is evidence-based, personal, structured care — designed specifically for the woman who has been caring for everyone but herself.

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
This consult was built to give you something real.
A clear picture of where you are right now.
We identify what's draining you most — in your caregiving and in your body — so you stop guessing and start addressing the real issue.
Your personalized Caregiver Body Care treatment plan. We also call it your care plan.
Based on your specific situation — not a generic checklist. We assess your body care needs through the lens of what caregiving is actually costing you.
One action step you can take this week.
You won't leave with a to-do list. You'll leave with one meaningful next step that fits your actual life — right now, not someday.
The clarity to decide your next right move
Whether or not you continue with WFLJ, you'll end this session knowing more than when you started.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
This consult is for you if...
-
You are a woman who leads at work and carries the weight of caregiving at home
-
You've put your health at the bottom of the list — or off the list entirely
-
You're tired, stretched thin, and unsure where to even begin taking care of yourself
-
You want real support, not a program that adds more to your plate
-
You're ready to invest 30 minutes in yourself for the first time in a long time
WHAT TO EXPECT
Here's exactly what happens in our 30 minutes together.
Before we meet — 6 quick questions
You'll answer 6 short questions so a member of our team arrives already knowing your caregiving situation and your biggest concern. No surprises. No wasted time.
We start with your caregiving reality
You share what caregiving is costing you right now — in your body, your energy, and your daily life. This is where we separate the symptom from the source.
We assess your body care picture
Together we look at where your body is right now through the lens of what caregiving has taken from you — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
You receive your plan of care and one next step.
A member of our team provides an evidence-based strategy and gives you one clear, practical action that moves you forward this week.
We close with your options.
If deeper support makes sense, we will share how the W.E.L.L. Caregiver Support program works.
No obligation. Full transparency.
"Everyone says you cannot pour from an empty cup. What we have come to know is that you can — but nothing comes out. So the real question is: what are you deciding to pour?"
— Shavone Dean, Caregiver Wellness Strategist · Wellness For Life Journey
You are in expert hands. And those hands have been where yours are.

The Wellness For Life Journey™ team brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership, clinical assessment, and caregiver wellness expertise to every consult. We are Diabetic Care Specialist, Public Health Educators,Board Qualified Pedorthist — specializing in how the body moves and bears weight under stress, certified fitness specialists, nutrition guides, life coaches, and Pilates instructors — but more than credentials, we are women who understand what it means to lead, to give, and to quietly lose yourself in the process.

We built WFLJ because the caregiver was missing from every wellness conversation we were part of. So we built the room ourselves.

When you sit with us, you are not sitting with a program. You are sitting with people who see you, who have studied you, and who have lived close enough to your story to know what you actually need.

You deserve that. This is that.
